TONY FREELAND, P.E., Principal and Engineering Manager has over 20 years experience designing a variety of commercial, residential and municipal projects, including streets, water lines, sewer mains, and storm water facilities. He has been responsible for all aspects of engineering projects including project management, cost estimating, preliminary and final analysis and design, and construction management. He actively manages in all phases of the project, from design through construction management.

TONY MARCUCCI, P.L.S., Associate Surveyor has more than 25 years of surveying and related engineering experience, and has been involved in a wide range of projects for both private companies and municipal agencies. Mr. Marcucci’s experience includes field surveying using electronic data collectors, preparation of legal descriptions, Records of Survey, construction staking, boundary line resolution, topographic mapping, earthwork modeling, short and long plat subdivisions, and Binding Site Plans. He also is skilled with the latest version of AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop software.

JEAN-PAUL SLAGLE, E.I.T., Project Engineer has experience with municipal and private projects that incorporate grading plans, roads, utilities, and storm water analysis. He is responsible for all aspects of engineering projects including, preliminary and final design, permitting, and project management. Mr. Slagle has an emphasis in Hydraulic and Water Resource Engineering.
