TONY FREELAND, P.E., Principal and Engineering Manager has over 20 years experience designing a variety of commercial, residential and municipal projects, including streets, water lines, sewer mains, and storm water facilities. He has been responsible for all aspects of engineering projects including project management, cost estimating, preliminary and final analysis and design, and construction management. He actively manages in all phases of the project, from design through construction management.

JEAN-PAUL SLAGLE, P.E., Project Engineer has experience with municipal and private projects that incorporate grading plans, roads, utilities, and storm water analysis. He is responsible for all aspects of engineering projects including, preliminary and final design, permitting, and project management. Mr. Slagle has an emphasis in Hydraulic and Water Resource Engineering.
